Google Ad Grants & Digital Marketing Volunteer (Unpaid)

Diaspora Together Trust and Support Association (DTTASA) is seeking a motivated and creative volunteer to manage and optimize our Google Ad Grants account while supporting our broader digital marketing initiatives.

Overview

This unpaid role is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact by amplifying DTTASA’s mission, reaching new audiences, and driving engagement for programs in healthcare, education, clean water, and community development. Volunteers will work remotely with flexibility, gaining hands-on experience in Google Ads, SEO, analytics, and nonprofit digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns through the Google Ad Grants program.
• Conduct keyword research and create compelling ad copy reflecting DTTASA’s mission and programs.
• Monitor ad performance, provide regular updates, and recommend improvements to maximize impact.
• Support digital marketing initiatives including SEO, analytics, and enhancing online visibility.
• Collaborate with communications and program teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience managing Google Ads campaigns or other digital marketing campaigns.
• Passion for social impact, digital marketing, and nonprofit communications.
• Familiarity with Google Ads (training/resources can be provided).
• Interest or experience in SEO, analytics, and digital campaign strategy.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage remote tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Previous nonprofit or volunteer experience is an asset but not essential.

Time Commitment: Approximately 3–5 hours per week (flexible schedule)

Location: Remote, volunteer can be anywhere in the world
