Overview

In this pivotal role, you will coordinate volunteer schedules, onboard new talent, and maintain seamless communication across DTTASA’s global programs. From education to healthcare, you will be the bridge that ensures our community-driven initiatives are supported by a motivated and organized volunteer force.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate activities across DTTASA programs.
  • Lead onboarding and orientation for new members.
  • Facilitate team communication via digital platforms.
  • Recruit and conduct interviews for applicants.
  • Support recognition and motivation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience in recruitment or community engagement.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace, Trello, or WhatsApp.
  • Passion for social impact and global development.
  • Ability to collaborate with a diverse global team.

Logistics

Time: 3–5 hours per week (Flexible)

Location: Remote (Worldwide)
