In this dynamic role, you are the backbone of our community. You will manage volunteer lifecycles—from initial recruitment and onboarding to ongoing engagement and support. By facilitating clear communication and maintaining accurate records, you ensure that our global team remains connected and empowered to deliver on DTTASA’s core missions.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate activities across DTTASA programs.
- Manage onboarding, orientation, and role guidelines.
- Facilitate communication via digital platforms.
- Support recognition and motivation initiatives.
- Recruit and interview prospective applicants.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in HR, recruitment, or coordination.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Canva, and Acrobat.
- Ability to work independently with a global team.
- Passion for social impact and community growth.
