Q: How long does it take to receive updates?A: Updates are usually provided within 3–7 business days, depending on the stage.
Q: What should I do if my tracking code does not work?A: Ensure you entered the code exactly. If issues persist, contact support@dttasa.org.
Q: Can I track my application multiple times?A: Yes, you can enter your tracking code anytime to see the latest status.
Q: What does “Shortlisted” mean?A: Your application met initial requirements and is being considered for the next stage.
Q: What is “Interview Scheduled”?A: You have been selected for an interview. Details are sent via email or phone.
Q: What does “Background / Reference Check” involve?A: DTTASA will verify professional and character references submitted during your application.
Q: What is “Offer Made”?A: Congratulations! You have been selected, and an official offer has been communicated.
Q: What if I decline the offer?A: The status will update to “Declined Offer” and no further action will be required.
Q: What does “Onboarding Scheduled” mean?A: Your orientation and onboarding steps have been scheduled.
Q: How will I know when I am officially hired?A: Once all stages are complete, status will show “Hired / Started.” Official contracts come only from info@dttasa.org or secretary@dttasa.org.
